Shipping policy

At That's My Cheer Bag, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible!

Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping
All orders within Australia are posted with Express Postage, which generally takes 1-3 days. Once your package is in transit, we are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
